Protecting Your Account Information Is Important to Us

As online fraud and identity theft continue to rise, the federal government is requiring all financial institutions to increase their online security by offering higher levels of authentication and encryption.

DFCU Financial has partnered with a leading technology company to implement the latest in Multifactor Authentication (MFA). MFA is a method of confirming your identity through at least two unique components. An additional feature of our solution helps you—the user—recognize whether or not you are on a spoofed web site.

One aspect of our MFA solution involves a series of Challenge Questions that you provide answers to when you register. In certain situations, we may ask you to answer one of the Challenge Questions before granting you access to your accounts.
