Looking for a copy of a canceled check? Want to receive your monthly statement sooner? Both are now options available with DFCU OnLine.

E-Statements
Sign up to receive your DFCU Financial account statement electronically. It’s fast, secure and free.

Simply click on “Enroll in E-statement” when you are logged into your account in DFCU OnLine. You will be asked to verify or enter a valid e-mail address. This email address will be used to notify you when your statement is available for viewing.

After you have enrolled, you will receive an email notification from DFCU Financial, monthly or quarterly depending on your statement frequency, informing you that your account statement is ready to view.

Once you have been notified that your statement is available, simply log on to DFCU OnLine to view, print or save your statement. A 12-month archive is stored for your convenience. You will also be able to view all the important notices and materials, such as NOTES, as you would with your paper statement. When you choose to receive E-Statements, you will no longer receive a paper statement mailed to you.

E-Statements are available for everyone, not just for members with a checking account.

Check Images
There is no enrollment necessary to access a copy of a canceled check. Just log on to DFCU OnLine, and when you are in the Share or Loan Details/History you will now notice a picture of a check next to the check number. Simply click on the picture of the check, and a window will open with an image of your check. An option to print the check is also available.

There are times when a merchant may turn your check into an electronic payment. When this is the case, a copy of the canceled check will not be available.
