Home Equity Loans must be for a primary Michigan residence and must be owner-occupied. Property, title and/or flood insurance, if applicable, are required.

Variable Rates: The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is determined by the sum of the Prime Rate as listed in the Money Rates table of the Wall Street Journal (index) plus a margin of 0.0%-10.75% and is subject to change the first day of each month. Any change in the APR will take the form of additional payments of the same amount. The maximum APR that can apply is 18% or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less.

Risk Based: The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) you receive is based on your credit worthiness. Please ask us for the initial rate that you qualify for.

Preferred Rates: You will receive a discount of .25% on your Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for automatic payment. If the automatic payment is terminated or if the loan is in default, your APR will be increased to the normal rate. Preferred rates are not available for Personal Lines of Credit, Credit Cards, Share Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit or any other Unsecured Loan.

Late Charges: If your payment is more than 15 days late you will be charged a $20.00 late fee.
