• Forward suspicious e-mails and web sites to reportabuse@dfcufinancial.com so we can investigate the source.
• Once you have forwarded the e-mail, please delete it from your mailbox.
• Forward only those e-mails that claim to be affiliated with DFCU Financial.
• Please do not use this e-mail for conducting other business with DFCU Financial. 

How Do I Protect Myself From Phishing Attempts?
You should be suspicious of any e-mail that appears to be from DFCU Financial containing links (other than a link to our homepage at www.dfcufinancial.com) to a page asking you for your personal information. DFCU Financial will never ask you to update personal information or ask you to enter your username and password through an e-mail. You should only provide us with personal information once you have logged into DFCU OnLine from our homepage, which has the most up-to-date security features in place to protect your account information. Also, you will want to pay careful attention to any link you click on to make sure it is the appropriate Web site address.
