We're proud to announce our annual partnership with Camp Girls on the Run (GOTR), a transformative program that empowers young girls and builds their confidence, character, and healthy habits. This collaboration marks our ongoing commitment to supporting the communities we serve and nurturing the next generation of strong, confident, and unstoppable young women.
 
What is Camp GOTR?
Camp GOTR is a Saturday summer camp program that is jam-packed with awesomeness and organized by Girls on the Run, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment for girls in grades 3-8. They combine physical activity, education, and mentorship to create a place where girls can have a blast, make lifelong friends, and become the best version of themselves.

At DFCU Financial, we know that building up our community means investing in the future of our girls - that's why we've teamed up with Camp GOTR. Camp GOTR offers a unique experience that combines physical activity with important life lessons. Through engaging and interactive sessions, girls explore a range of topics, including self-esteem, body image, healthy relationships, bullying prevention, and more. The summer curriculum is like a superpower generator, equipping girls with the skills they need to face any challenge that comes their way.
