Telephone Banking

A new telephone banking.

We want to make sure the new telephone banking is easy for you. You will continue to:

  • Dial 888.336.2700
  • Use your member number and existing telephone banking PIN to access your accounts
    • If you have never used telephone banking, you will initially use the last four digits of your Social Security Number as you PIN.
  • Find the information you do today
  • Have the option to dial 0 to speak to a Member Service Agent during normal business hours
    • Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Telephone Banking Menu 

When you log in to telephone banking for the first time, you will notice that some of our menus have changed.  The table below provides a high-level reference of our new menus:

Inquire on accounts

Press 1 then:
 Press 1 for Checking 
Press 2 for IMMA 
Press 3 for Savings 
Press  4 for Certificates and IRAs 
Press  5 for Loans 
Press  6 for Credit Cards   

If you have more than one of the
same account type, you will be
presented with a list of account
numbers from which to select.

Transfer funds

 Press 2 then:
Press  1 to transfer funds
Press  2 to make a loan payment

Stop payments

Press 3

Change telephone banking PIN

Press 4 

Reorder checks 

 Press 5

Select PIN for Check/ATM
