Hurricane Relief Programs

Times are tough. We're here to help.

If you've been affected by Hurricanes Helene or Milton, we're here to help. We want to share important resources that may assist in your recovery during this challenging time. If you live or have a business in one of the FEMA-designated disaster zones, browse these resources to see what we can do for you.

Please note: if you've been relocated, please make sure to update your contact information so we can reach you if necessary.
If you're concerned about making payments on your DFCU consumer loans due to the aftermath of Hurricanes Helene or Milton, you may be eligible for a loan-payment extension, which would allow you to delay up to two months of payments.

The following loans may be eligible for relief:
  • Auto loans
  • Boat and RV loans
  • Credit cards
  • Personal loans
  • Fixed Rate Home Equity loans
Each situation will be handled on an individual basis, so please contact us directly at 888.336.2700.
To assist Florida members who have residential mortgages with DFCU Financial and are experiencing a financial hardship due to a natural disaster, we're here to help. You may be eligible for assistance, such as a Disaster Forbearance Plan.

Please don't hestiate to contact DFCU Financial at 888.336.2700 to discuss your options.

To assist our Florida business members who have been impacted by the storms, we are offering a Deferment Program, providing some financial relief as you navigate recovery. The deferment will be customized for each member based on the extent of the damage and disruption to their business.

Please reach out to your banker for more details on how this program can help your business.
