DFCU OnLine

DFCU OnLine lets you manage your money from a laptop, tablet or smartphone. There's no charge to transfer funds, and we've made it easy to set up text message and email alerts if your balance gets too low.

DFCU OnLine offers statements from as far back as January 2012, access to account balances and history (including pending debit card transactions) and easy access to your DFCU Financial Visa Platinum account information.

And that's not all. DFCU OnLine also includes features like Online Bill Pay, which lets you save time by paying all of your bills in one spot, and PopMoney, which lets you send money from your DFCU Financial account to someone else's account in as little as one business day.

To get started with Online Bill Pay, log in to DFCU OnLine and select Bill Payment < Transactions.

DFCU Mobile

DFCU Mobile, our easy-to-use app for iOS and Android devices, seamlessly integrates with DFCU OnLine so you can quickly and easily deposit checks, transfer funds, pay bills and check balances using your mobile device. Other features include secure messaging and customized phone and email alerts. DFCU Mobile also offers touch authentication for Touch ID-enabled Apple iOS devices.

Phone Banking

Call us to check account balances, review account history, transfer funds between accounts and make loan payments by listening over the phone. You'll need your Member Number and your phone banking Personal Identification Number (PIN).

If you've never used phone banking before, call 888.336.2700 and select option #1 to get started. Use the last four digits of your Social Security number when you're prompted to enter your PIN.

Text (SMS) Banking

Text banking allows you to view your account balances and transfer funds between designated accounts by sending a text. All you need is a mobile device with texting capabilities.**

Ready to get started? Log in to DFCU OnLine and select Settings > Text Enrollment. Enable the accounts you want to access and give them four-character nicknames by clicking Settings > Account Preferences > Text. Once you're activated, text a command to 226563.

Below are the text commands you'll use to access your account information:

BAL < account nickname> Shows the requested account's balance.
HIST <account nickname> Shows the requested account's history.

XFER < account nickname1>

<account nickname 2> <amount>

Transfers funds from one account to another.

Note: Enter full amount using dollars, decimals, and cents.

DFCU Shows DFCU Financial's website and phone number.

STOP

Disables text banking. 

Note: To reactivate, you must log in to DFCU OnLine and enable text banking.

**Text Banking is free, but your mobile service provider may charge for sending and receiving text messages. Check with your service provider for details and specific charges that may apply for you.

While the DFCU Financial Board of Directors intends to pay Cash Back every year, and has done so since 2006, Cash Back is not guaranteed and will depend on our financial performance and other factors. Annual Cash Back payments are limited to an aggregate of $25,000 for each tax-reported owner. The IRS requires that Cash Back for an IRA be paid to the same IRA account, and that it be open when Cash Back is deposited. Cash Back to Business Banking members is subject to additional terms. Anyone who causes DFCU Financial a loss for any reason is not eligible for Cash Back.
